è opportuno verificare la presenza della seguente chiave di registro

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\vsdatant

Se esiste, è possibile

- esportarne una copia a scopo di backup di sicurezza
- cancellarla comletamente.

Una nuova installazione di Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 dovrebbe così completarsi con successo.
